Their "appeals" proccess is bullshit. My wife was fired for discrimination when there was absolutely NO proof of it. She was told that she can't have the opportunity to appeal. I'm usually against unions (depending on the industry involved), but amazon has a history of fire for tue sake of firing regardless of reason or no reason. Also, they make enough money that they can afford to pay their people more.
